TJ Johnston is the pre-eminent NRA Training Counselor in the area. He's taught many of the NRA firearms instructors in Southern California. Instruction is at his retail location in Orange but he also goes to the LAX range, too. That's where I first took TJ's NRA Pistol Course.
TJ is conducting the NRA Personal Protection in the Home Instructor course on March 9 - 11, 2007.
The Shotgun Instructor course March 17 - 18 is in Bakersfield.
Rifle Instructor course is March 31 - April 1. It's also in Bakersfield April 21 - 22.
NRA Pistol Instructor course is May 5 - 6.
